The dry earth is gracefully touched by the falling rain as horse hooves briskly tread across it towards their destination. A storm rumbles inside a dark figure, the deep cough painfully burrows out through the throat. Hacking and gasping for life, the once proud soldier clenches the reigns of his horse. The two horses slow their pace. “Are you alright, buddy?” The traveling companion asks.
